摘　　要：160 km/h动力集中动车组采用机车+车辆的固定编组模式,在运用整备作业过程中,原则上不解编,以提高作业效率和检修质量。因此需将机车、车辆的整备检修作业进行整合,采用一体化整备作业管理模式,目前各铁路局集团公司在一体化作业方面仍在不断探索和完善。通过对160 km/h动力集中动车组运维模式、修程修制、作业分工及机车车辆整备作业流程进行分析,总结出160 km/h动力集中动车组的一体化整备作业流程,并提出一体化整备作业主要生产及合署办公设施的设置建议。160 km/h power-concentrated EMU is in a fixed"locomotive+car"formation.Normally the EMUs are unmarshalled during servicing operation to improve operation efficiency and overhaul quality.Therefore,servicing and maintenance of the locomotive and cars shall be integrated into an integrated servicing management mode.Now all CR regional groups are still keeping exploring and improving integrated operations.This paper summarizes the processes of integrated servicing of 160 km/h power-concentrated EMU by analyzing its operation and maintenance mode,repair system,work division and servicing process of the rolling stock,and puts forward suggestions for integrating production and office facilities for integrated servicing.
