摘 要:接触网硬点是电气化铁路安全运行的一项重要问题。利用鲁南高铁联调联试进行弓网系统检测,对系统运行产生的接触网硬点波形进行深入分析,结合弓网设备运行情况研究硬点产生的原因,并通过统计分析将硬点类型分为离散区段硬点和集中区段硬点,根据不同类型硬点采用局部调整、张力自然延伸试验和换线试验等方法消除。通过复测,硬点问题得到有效改善。该试验为鲁南高铁顺利开通奠定基础,也为后续新建高铁联调联试中硬点问题处理提供技术参考。OCS hard point is of great significance to the operation safety of electrified railways.In the pantograph-contact line relation test amid the integrated commissioning&test of Rizhao-Lankao high speed railway,the paper conducts in-depth analysis on the waveform of OCS hard points.Taking into account the status of pantograph and contact-line,it works to identify the reasons that generate hard points which are then divided into the points in discrete sections and those in concentrated sections.Methods,like local adjustment,natural extension in tensioning and line replacement,are adopted to eliminate hard points according to their types.In the retest,the paper helps effectively resolve the hard point issues.The results lay a solid foundation for the successful service of Rizhao-Lankao HSR and provide technical reference for the resolving of similar matters encountered in the Testing and Commissioning of future HSR.
