摘  要:针对塑料设备加工过程的参数采集以及设备的监控维护存在的不足,研究了一种基于云环境下塑料设备综合信息远程采集与监控技术。提出了系统的整体方案设计,实现了多台塑料设备跨域互联网接入和综合信息远程采集与存储,并且能够在远程监控中心对塑料设备进行实时监控和历史数据分析,实现设备监控和数据共享。通过实际应用分析,云技术的使用有效降低了系统的实现和运行成本,为中小型企业搭建自己的设备远程数据采集系统提供了借鉴和参考。Aiming at the shortcomings of the parameter acquisition of plastic equipment processing and the monitoring and maintenance of the equipment,this paper presents a remote acquisition and monitoring technology of integrated information of plastic equipment based on cloud computing environment.The overall scheme design of the system is proposed,which realizes the cross domain Internet access and integrated information acquisition and storage of multiple plastic equipments.It is capable of real-time monitoring and historical data analysis of the plastic equipment in the remote monitoring center,and also equipment monitoring and data sharing.Through practical application,the combination of cloud technology can effectively reduce the cost of the system,and provide a reference for small and medium-sized enterprises to build their own remote data acquisition system of the mechanical equipment.
