摘　　要：介绍了催柴加氢装置的离心式循环氢压缩机组的基本情况,并列举了原调速系统开停机过程中存在的问题。针对这些问题提出了对调速系统进行改造的思路,介绍了调速系统具体参数以及试运过程中存在的问题及解决方法。经过此次改造实现了自动开机、停机的目的,简化了开机操作。The paper introduced the basic situation of centrifugal circulating hydrogen compressor unit for diesel fuel hydrogenation device and listed the problems existing in the process of starting and stopping of the original control system.Aiming at these problems above,the paper presented the modification route for control system,introduced the concrete parameters of control system and the problems and solutions in the trial operation.After this modification,the purpose of automatic startup and shutdown was realized,and the startup operation was simplified.
