摘  要:针对制加氢装置压缩机填料冷却水中出现气泡的事件进行分析,从填料函以及O型密封圈的故障表现入手,研究填料函密封的工作原理,找出影响其性能的关键因素,通过对其结构和材质进行优化升级,彻底杜绝输送介质窜入机组填料冷却水事故的发生,保证设备长周期运行,为今后处理类似问题提供借鉴和参照。This paper analyzed the occurrence of bubbles in the cooling water of the compressor packing in the hydrogenation unit.Starting from the failure performance of the packing box and O-ring,the working principle of the packing box seal was studied and the key factors that affect its performance were found out.Through the optimization and upgrading of its structure and material,it completely eliminates the occurrence of the accident of transmission medium entering the unit's cooling water of packing,and ensures the long-term operation of equipment,which can provide reference for dealing with similar problems in the future.
