摘　　要：立面模块库的创建和利用是装配式住宅立面设计的核心,对满足要求的模块进行筛选组合而形成新的立面特征可提升设计效率、提高设计的精细化程度。文章基于BIM技术,探讨了立面模块库的创建方法,在对装配式住宅立面模块进行分类、选择、编码、信息创建的基础上形成装配式住宅立面模块库,分析了以立面模块库为核心的装配式住宅立面的设计策略,结合装配式住宅立面设计实践,对装配式住宅立面设计策略进行了验证与应用。研究可提高装配式住宅立面设计效率,提升设计和施工的联动性,实现装配式住宅立面构件的工业化生产以及装配式住宅多样化、规模化的发展目标。The creation and utilization of facade module library is the core of facade design of prefabricated residence.The selection and combination of modules meeting the requirements to form new facade features can improve the design efficiency and the refinement degree of design.Based on BIM technology,this paper discusses the creation method of facade module library.Based on the classification,selection,coding and information creation of facade module library of prefabricated housing,the facade module library of prefabricated housing is formed.This paper analyzes the design strategy of prefabricated residential facade with facade module library as the core.Combined with the practice of facade design of prefabricated residence,the design strategy of prefabricated residential facade is verified and applied.The research can improve the efficiency of facade design,enhance the linkage between design and construction,and realize the industrialized production of facade components of prefabricated housing and the development goal of diversification and scale of prefabricated housing.
