摘  要:轨道交通综合体作为联系建筑本身与城市空间的重要元素,其选址布局的适应性量化分析是站城一体开发建设中的重要环节,可为其周边资源的整合量化及前期决策提供有效参考。文章以上海2号线为例,采用模糊德尔菲法提取站点综合体选址布局的影响因素,建立了包含3个指标和9项因子的模型框架,通过专家打分法和GIS平台对权重进行加权叠加,形成直观有效的决策图形,阐明模型与实例之间的验证关系。通过对综合体选址布局的适应性量化分析,表明传统商业圈的布局、交通系统的便利、基础设施的完善和潜力要素的推动是促进轨道交通站点综合体选址的关键因素。As an important element connecting the building itself with the urban space,the quantitative research on the adaptability of site selection and layout of rail transit complex is an important link in development and construction of the station city.Through the integration and quantification of surrounding resources,it provides effective suggestions for decision-makers in the early stage,which has important practical significance and value.Taking Shanghai Line 2 as an example,the paper uses the Fuzzy Delphi method to extract the factors which affects the site location of complex,and establishes a model frame containing three indicators and nine factors.The weights are weighted by expert scoring method and GIS platform,forming an effective decisiongraph,and then study the relationship between model and example.The results show that the layout of traditional business circle,the convenience of transportation system,the improvement of infrastructure and the promotion of potential elements are the key factors to promote the site selection of rail transit station complex.
