摘　　要：我国正全面推行“多测合一”新模式,实行“一次委托、统一测绘、成果共享”,而实现规划竣工核实、房产测量以及地籍测绘等新旧数据的统一规范、有效整合管理,对“多测合一”新模式真正落地实施具有重要推动作用。文章针对规划竣工核实测绘生产中数据问题,通过研究分析相关历史数据,结合ModelBuilder建模、ArcEngine二次开发等技术,提出了一套规划竣工核实数据整合方法,并利用已完成的项目成果数据进行实例应用。此方法不仅实现了数据整合的自动化和规范化,有效地提高了数据整合效率、降低了工作成本,而且能应用于房产测量、地籍测绘等其他工作,为多种测绘数据统一规范、有效整合管理提供了技术支持。Under the new era,the state deepened the reform of"delegate power and optimize service",comprehensively promoted the"multiple measurement"new model,and implemented"one commission,unified surveying and mapping,and sharing of results."How to realize the unified standardization and effective integration management of new and old data for planning and mapping,such as completion measurement,real estate measurement and cadastral surveying,has an important impetus to the real implementation of the new model of“multiple measurement”.Aiming at the problems in planning completion verification data,this paper puts forward a set of data integration method for planning completion verification,through in-depth research and analysis of relevant historical data,combined with ModelBuilder modeling,ArcEngine secondary development and other technologies.The example application is based on the data of the completed project data.This method proposed by the article not only realizes the automation and standardization of data integration,greatly improves the data integration efficiency and reduces the work cost,but also can provide technical support for other surveying and mapping work involved in“multiple measurement”and for the unification and effective management of the various data type.
