腕踝针联合中频脉冲治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腕踝针联合中频脉冲治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院糖尿病周围神经病变患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各41例,两组患者均给予常规糖尿病基础治疗。对照组在基础治疗上加用硫辛酸注射液,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用腕踝针联合中频脉冲治疗仪治疗。两组患者均连续治疗2周。检测治疗前后患者的腓总神经和正中神经运动传导速度(MNCV)、腓总神经和正中神经感觉传导速度(SNCV),检测治疗前后患者的血液流变学指标,观察患者治疗前后中医证候积分,观察治疗后两组患者综合疗效。结果:治疗后综合疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为87.80%(36/41),对照组总有效率为65.85%(27/41),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后中医证候积分明显下降,优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后腓总神经和正中神经运动传导速度和感觉传导速度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后血液流变学水平改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针联合中频脉冲治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可以改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状和体征,改善血液流变学水平,提高神经传导速度。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pulse therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:82 DPN patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Thioctic Acid Injection based on routine treatments;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pulse therapy.After two consecutive weeks of treatment,MNCV,SNCV,hemorheology indexes and TCM syndrome integral were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.The curative rate was compared between the two groups.Results:The general effective rate was 87.80%(36/41)the in treatment group,which was significantly higher than 65.85%(27/41)in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome integral was lower in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The levels of MNCV and SNCV were significantly higher in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvements of hemorheology indexes were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pulse therapy can improve clinical symptoms and signs of DPN patients.The therapy can improve hemorheological indexes and nerve conduction velocity.
