摘　　要：目的:评价火针联合刺血疗法治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的患者90例,随机分为火针组与毫针组,观察治疗前后乳房疼痛评分、肿块硬度评分、乳房肿块分布象限及伴随症状评分。结果:总有效率火针组为82.50%(33/40),毫针组为38.46%(15/40),两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后乳房疼痛评分、肿块硬度评分、肿块分布范围象限、伴随症状评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合刺血疗法治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺增生病的疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective:To assess the clinical effect of fire needling combined with pricking blood therapy on hyperplasia of mammary glands of Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency.Methods:90 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the fire needling group and the filiform needling group.Pricking blood therapy was applied to both groups.The scores of breast pain,breast lump hardness,quadrant distribution of breast lump and the accompanied symptoms were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the fire needling group was 82.50%(33/40),which was significantly higher than 38.46%(15/40)(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the scores of breast pain,breast lvmp hardness,qvadrant distrbution of breast lump and the accompanied symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of fire needling and pricking blood therapy is effective for hyperplasia of mammary gland of Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
