程氏头项针法体系中“粗守形,上守神”的体现

摘　　要：形、气、神是中医表征人的生理、病理表现以及总结养生、诊治疾病规律的关联性概念。形、气、神各自内涵多重,三者关系也呈现多重差异基础上的相互贯穿和统一。《灵枢·九诊十二原》倡导的“粗守形,上守神”,狭义上是阐释具体针刺诊疗操作规范及要旨,广义上更指示以针法或药物治病的一切医者从“粗医”向“上医”晋升的基本路径。程为平教授根据对传统针灸理论的探索以及多年临床经验总结,参合现代脑分区与脑网络组学说,开创了以“粗守形,上守神”为纲领的程氏头项针法体系,在临床运用中取得了可观疗效。研讨、总结该针法体系中对“粗守形,上守神”的领悟及具体运用特点,有重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。The physical form,Qi and Shen are classic concepts from the classic The Inner Canon of Huangdi,which said“Cu Shou Xing and Shang Shou Shen”.It means a common doctor attaches importance to the representation while an expert attaches importance to the rules of physiology and pathology.The words also point out the gist of acupuncture therapy and the method to become a great physician.Professor CHENG has founded his own scalp-nape acupuncture therapy,which based on his clinical experience,the theory of classic meridian and collateral theory,the theory of Cortical Areas and the Brainnetome theory.Cheng's scalp-nape acupuncture therapy has already achieved great clinical effects.The study described the connotation of“Cu Shou Xing and Shang Shou Shen”,which had important clinical value and guiding significance.
