祛疣方水煎剂外用对扁平疣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨祛疣方水煎剂外用对扁平疣的临床治疗效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年5月本院收治的76例扁平疣患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组38例与研究组38例。对照组采取转移因子胶囊口服及异维A酸红霉素凝胶外涂治疗,研究组在此基础上加用自拟祛疣方水煎剂熏洗。评估2组临床疗效。比较2组治疗前后皮损程度。记录2组治疗期间不良反应及3个月后疾病复发情况。结果研究组患者总体治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后皮损症状均较治疗前减轻(P<0.05),且研究组患者皮损评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未见严重不良反应出现,且比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月,研究组患者疾病复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛疣方水煎剂熏洗对扁平疣具有较佳疗效及安全性,能有效改善患者皮损症状及减少疾病复发。Objective:To study the clinical effect of wart-removing water decoction for external use on the treatment of flat warts.Methods:76 patients with flat warts,who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019,were selected and divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,38 cases per group.The control group was treated with transfer factor capsules orally and erythromycin isotretinoin gel externally and the study group was added the self-made wart-removing water decoction by fumigation and washing on the baseline of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated and the degree of skin lesions before and after treatment was compared.The adverse reactions during the treatment and the recurrence of the disease after 3 months were recorded in the two groups.Results:The overall curative rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of skin lesions after the treatment in the two groups were all reduced than the pre-treatment(P<0.05)and the skin lesion scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After 3-months follow-up visit,the disease recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wart-removing water decoction for external use has better curative effect and safety for flat warts treatment and can effectively improve patients’skin lesion symptoms and reduce disease recurrence.
