果桂散隔姜灸脐法对阳虚型老年便秘患者胃肠激素干预机制的研究

摘　　要：目的观察果桂散隔姜灸脐法对阳虚型老年便秘患者胃肠激素干预机制。方法 60例患者随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组采取艾条隔姜灸脐法进行治疗,观察组采取果桂散隔姜灸脐法进行治疗。2组均治疗1个疗程,观察治疗前后的胃肠激素水平、症状变化,并进行统计分析。结果治疗后观察组的胃肠激素水平改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。结论果桂散隔姜灸脐法治疗阳虚型老年便秘患者的效果显著,其作用机制为通过调节胃肠激素介导。Objective:To study the intervention mechanism of Guogui powder and ginger moxibustion on the gastrointestinal hormones in elderly patients with constipation due to yang deficiency.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases per group.The control group was treated with moxa sticks with ginger moxibustion navel method and the observation group was treated with Guogui powder with moxibustion and umbilical moxibustion.Both groups were treated for one course of treatment.The changes of gastrointestinal hormone levels and symptoms before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the gastrointestinal hormone level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that(70.00%)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guogui powder and ginger moxibustion umbilical method is effective in treating elderly patients with constipation due to yang deficiency type.Its mechanism is mediated by regulating gastrointestinal hormones.
