摘　　要：农业转移人口存在就业不稳定、人力资本存量低、社会交往空间小,社会保障落后等问题。通过分析农业转移人口落后于城镇化发展的要求,结合晋江的实践,在此基础上提出应以户籍制度改革为引擎,让新市民享受公共服务的机会,赋予新市民充分的就业和发展机会,提供稳定的就业化解农业人口市民化困境的建议。In order to conduct a more comprehensive and in-depth study of the bottlenecks restricting the urbanization of agricultural transfer population and explore strategies for solving problems, This paper intends to transfer employment from agriculture to the instability of employment, Low human capital stock, small social interaction space, and social security backward factors,Discuss the practice and successful experience of Jinjiang, and on this basis, put forward how to solve the urbanization of the agricultural population.
