摘　　要：国外针对铸钢氧化锆泡沫陶瓷过滤器的研究已经相对成熟,而我国在这一领域还处于前期的发展阶段。关于氧化锆泡沫陶瓷过滤器的制备会存在一系列不确定因素,比如在制备过程中出现通孔率低、表面质量差以及出现试样开裂等问题,文章在前期试验的基础上通过本次试验使这些问题得到了较好的解决,使泡沫陶瓷过滤器的性能得到了提升,对促进该技术的发展具有非常重要的现实意义。The research on Zirconia Foam ceramic f ilters for cast steel has been relatively mature abroad,but China is still in the early stage of development in this f ield.There are a series of uncertain factors in the preparation of Zirconia foam ceramic f ilter,such as low porosity,poor surface quality and sample cracking,etc.,on the basis of the previous experiments,this paper solves these problems and improves the performance of the ceramic foam f ilter,which is of great practical signif icance to promote the development of the technology.
