摘　　要：随着国内经济的发展,电子工业和半导体工业正逐步崛起。高纯氨是一种高纯气体。其生产过程的自动化程度和精度远高于普通氨相关企业。国家有关法律法规滞后于高纯氨装卸生产管理需要,政府有关部门对氨装卸的要求过于笼统,脱离了高纯氨生产的现状,这给高纯氨企业的正常生产带来了困难。讨论制定高纯氨装卸设备条件和操作技术标准迫在眉睫。With the development of domestic economy,electronic industry and semiconductor industry are gradually rising.High purity ammonia is one of the high purity gases.The automation and precision of its production process are much higher than that of ordinary ammonia related enterprises.The relevant national laws and regulations lag behind the production and management needs of loading highpurity ammonia,and the requirements of relevant government departments for ammonia loading are too general,and are divorced from the current situation of high-purity ammonia production,which brings troubles to the normal production of high-purity ammonia enterprises.It is urgent to discuss and formulate the equipment conditions and operation technical standards for high-purity ammonia loading.
