摘　　要：今年全国两会期间,全国人大代表、上海港国际客运中心开发有限公司总经理徐珏慧拟建议加快内河科尼总共向弗吉尼亚港务局交付了86台ASC,向Norfolk International Terminal(NIT)集装箱运输大发展,进一步优化长三角港口群集疏运体系。徐珏慧认为,当前,长三角地区发展大运量内河集装箱具有必要性和紧迫性。数据显示,2019年,长三角内河集装箱运量基数较小,在大物流的集疏运体系中分担率比较低,仅占区域港口总吞吐箱量的1%左右。其中,上海港和宁波舟山港的公路集疏占比分别为51.4%、72.6%,对公路依赖度较高。During the two sessions this year,XU Juehui,Deputy to the National People’s Congress and General Manager of Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal Development Co.,Ltd.,proposed to accelerate the great development of inland water container transportation and further optimize the collection and distribution system of port cluster in the Yangtze River Delta.
