护理配合在软性输尿管肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石中的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨护理配合在软性输尿管肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年6月清远市人民医院泌尿外科接受软性输尿管肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的70例肾结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各35例,对照组选择常规护理,观察组选择循证护理,两组比较术后并发症、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果术后并发症发生率观察组为0%,与对照组的11.43%相比更低(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分与对照组相比均更低,观察组的生活质量评分与对照组相比更高(P<0.05)。护理总满意率观察组为97.14%,高于对照组82.86%(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预可切实减少软性输尿管肾镜钬激光碎石术后肾结石患者的并发症,有利于减轻患者围术期的负性情绪,提升其生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of nursing cooperation in the treatment of renal calculi with holmium laser under flexible ureteronephroscope. Methods 70 cases of renal calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteronephroscope in the hospital from January, 2017 to June, 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The postoperative complications, scores of anxiety and depression, score of life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 0% in the observation group, which was lower than 11.43% in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing was 97.14% in the observation group, which was higher than 82.86% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively reduce the complications of patients with renal calculi after holmium laser lithotripsy for flexible ureteronephroscope, to reduce the negative emotions of patients during perioperative period, and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
