摘 要:本文结合上海某高层建筑物由于基坑险情引起桩基结构损伤,以及在上部结构施工过程及结构封顶后,由于桩基承载力不足和基桩刚度降低引起建筑物不均匀沉降的案例,分析既有高层建筑物产生桩基质量问题和不均匀沉降的原因,并提出相应的桩基补强方案及建筑物纠偏措施。In a high-rise building foundation reinforcement case in Shanghai,the pile foundation structure was damaged because of a foundation pit accident.Morever,in the process of the superstructure construction and after the structure roof was sealed,the building had differential settlement due to the insufficient bearing capacity of pile foundation and the decrease of pile stiffness.Based on this case,this article analyses the causes of the problem with pile foundation quality and of the non-uniform settlements for existing high-rise buildings,and provides corresponding pile foundation reinforcement schemes and building rectification measures.
