摘 要:从水泥熟料生产工况来看,开发具有良好低温活性和高抗硫抗水性能的催化剂对低温NH3-SCR具有重要意义。过渡金属基氧化物催化剂由于其优异的氧化还原性能、较高的活性、耐久性和相对较低的制造成本,是未来催化剂的发展方向。从二元过渡金属基催化剂、三元和多元过渡金属基催化剂、负载型单过渡金属基催化剂和负载二元和多元过渡金属基催化剂的研究成果看,MnOx基催化剂在低温下具有良好的脱硝效率;在载体(TiO2、TiO2纳米管、碳纳米管等)表面负载单一和多过渡金属基氧化物,通过活性组分的分散及其与载体的强相互作用,可以提高NO的转化率和N2选择性。From the production condition of cement clinker,the development of catalysts with good low temperature activity and high sulfur and water resistance is of great significance to low temperature NH3-SCR.Transition metal-based oxide catalyst is the future development direction due to its excellent redox performance,high activity,durability and relatively low manufacturing cost.From the research results of binary transition metal-based catalyst,ternary and multiple transition metal-based catalyst,supported single transition metal-based catalyst and supported binary and multiple transition metal-based catalyst,MnOx based catalyst has a good denitrification efficiency at low temperature.Single and multitransition metal-based oxides were supported on the surface of the carrier(TiO2,TiO2 nanotube,carbon nanotube,etc.).Through the dispersion of active components and their strong interaction with the carrier,NO conversion rate and N2 selectivity could be improved.
