摘 要:文章通过分析比较图书馆学科馆员专职建设、分散建设和集中兼职建设三种模式,发现集中兼职建设模式有更多的优势。在集中兼职建设模式中,选择在流通阅览一线部门集中建设不仅有利于学科馆员队伍的不断扩大和长远发展,还有利于提高图书馆的服务质量、办馆效益和转型发展,防止图书馆员去职业化。在对流通阅览一线部门集中建设学科馆员进行可行性分析的基础上,提出从重点学科和试点部门开始和选好学科服务带头人等在流通阅览一线部门建设学科馆员制度的具体策略。By analyzing and comparing the modes of full-time construction,decentralized construction and centralized part-time construction of subject librarians in libraries,the paper finds that the centralized part-time construction mode has more advantages.Especially,the centralized part-time construction in circulation front-line department not only facilitates the continuous expansion and long-term development of subject librarians,but also helps to improve the service quality,the efficiency of the library operation and the transformation and development of libraries,in a move to prevent the deprofessionalization of librarians.Based on analyzing the feasibility of developing the centralized construction of subject librarians in circulation front-line department,the paper puts forward the corresponding strategies:starting with the key disciplines and pilot departments and selecting the leaders of subject services.
