摘　　要：国家图书馆作为国家总书库,担负着为中央国家机关立法决策服务的重要职能。此项服务自正式确立至今经历了二十余年的发展历程。2006年至今是从传统服务模式到数字化服务模式转型与发展的重要阶段。信息技术对图书馆事业的发展有着重要的影响,新的服务模式也取得了一定的成果,但随着用户需求的变化与信息技术的发展,如何继续提高服务效能、创新服务模式,仍然面临着诸多需要思考与解决的问题。The National Library of China(NLC),as the general library of the state,plays an important role in serving the legislative decision-making of the central government organs.Since the establishment in 1998,the service has experienced more than20 years.And since the year 2006,it has been an important stage in the transformation and development from traditional service model to digital service model.Information technology has an important impact on the development of library,and the new service model has also made some achievements,but with the changes in user needs and the development of digital technologies,there are still many problems lying in the improvement of service efficiency and innovation of service models that need to be considered and solved.
