摘　　要：晚清至民国的报刊出版于特殊的历史年代,它们是研究当时社会诸般现象的第一手资料。文章介绍了首都图书馆所藏晚清至民国报刊的基本情况,从数字化建设、替代服务、集中保管、整理再版、自建专题数据库5方面对馆藏晚清至民国报刊的保护与开发进行了研究和探讨,最后提出了馆藏晚清至民国报刊的保护与开发措施。The newspapers and periodicals in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China were published in a particular historical period,and they were the first-hand materials for studying various social phenomena at that time.The paper introduces the basic information of the newspapers and periodicals in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China collected in the Capital Library of China,as well as studies and discusses their protection and development from five aspects:digital construction,alternative services,centralized storage,sorting out and republishing,and self-built subject database.
