摘　　要：介绍了某700MW机组空预器电机控制回路改造前存在的隐患和问题,结合空预器DCS控制逻辑和现场设备情况,确定了技术改造方案并实施。700MW机组空预器电机控制回路改造后具有数据采集、控制运算、控制输出、设备和状态监视、报警、历史趋势、事故历史追忆、日志及报表打印功能。This article introduced the hidden dangers and problems exist in the Air preheater motor control of 700MW Unit.and combines the condition of air preheater DCS control logic and field devices,determined the technical reform scheme and implement.After transforming,the air preheater motor control circuit would have data acquisition,control arithmetic and control output,equipment and condition monitoring,alarm,history trend,accident recall,log and statements printing function.
