摘  要:主要研究了剑麻的化学成分及其生物酶脱胶工艺。探究生物酶脱胶中不同酶配比对剑麻纤维的白度、细度、柔软度、残胶率、断裂强力的影响,通过正交实验得出剑麻生物酶脱胶的最佳工艺中酶用量为50g/L,果胶酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶的配比为1:3:2,温度为50℃,酶处理液PH值为6.5,酶处理时间为2h,堆置时间为4h。The chemical constituents and bio-enzymatic degumming process of sisal were studied.The effects of different enzyme ratios on the whiteness,fineness,softness,residual gum rate and breaking strength of refined sisal fiber were investigated.By taking orthogonal test,the optimal process of enzymatic degumming of sisal fiber was listed as follows:the enzyme dosage was 50g/L,the ratio of pectinase,hemicellulase and laccase was 1:3:2,the temperature was 50℃,the PH value of enzyme solution was 6.5,the time of enzyme treatment was 2h,and the stacking time was 4h.
