摘  要:研究了辐射降解技术在粘胶制备工艺上的应用,并比较碱液法的生产工艺。结果表明:辐射过的浆粕经过碱化以后,可以直接与二硫化碳反应生成纤维素磺原酸酯,无需陈化工艺。在磺酸工艺中,碱的浓度可由一般要求的18%~20%降低至14%。二硫化碳的用量可由原来的28%~32%降低至25%。在催熟工艺中,所需熟成时间由一般工艺48h^52h降低在35h-40h。电子束辐射技术不仅可以代替陈化工艺,而且节省原料,提高生产效率。The application of radiation degradation technology in viscose preparation process was studied,and the production processes of alkali solution methods were compared.The results showed that after alkalization,the irradiated pulp could react directly with carbon disulfide to form cellulose xanthate without aging process.In sulfonic acid process,the concentration of alkali could be reduced from 18%-20%to 14%.The amount of carbon disulfide could be reduced from 28%-32%to 25%.In the accelerating ripening process,the required ripening time was reduced from 48-52 h to 35-40 h.Electron beam radiation technology could not only replace the aging process,but also save raw materials and improve productivity.
