摘　　要：目的观察新冠肺炎疫情期间臭氧床单位消毒机对医院病房床单位消毒效果。方法采用现场消毒效果评价方法,对床单位臭氧消毒机的消毒效果进行评价。结果采用国产某品牌床单位臭氧消毒机,以臭氧浓度≥500 mg/m^3,对使用中病房床单位消毒后,对自然菌杀灭率均达到99.0%以上;消毒前后,该医院病房床单位表面未检测到病毒核酸阳性标本。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间医院病房床单位采用专用床单位臭氧消毒机进行消毒,可使床单位卫生质量达到相关规范要求。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of ozone bed unit disinfection machine on hospital ward bed unit during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods On-site disinfection effect evaluation method was used to evaluate the disinfection effect of bed unit ozone disinfection machine.Results The domestic-made brand bed unit ozone disinfection machine was used to disinfect the bed unit of the ward with ozone concentration≥500 mg/m^3,and the killing rate of natural bacteria reached 99.0%even more;and reached the hygiene standard.Before and after disinfection,no positive samples of viral nucleic acid was detected on the surface of bed unit in the hospital ward.Conclusion During COVID-19 epidemic,the bed units of the hospital ward were disinfected with a special bed unit ozone disinfection machine,which could make the hygienic quality of the bed unit could meet the relevant standard requirements.
