摘　　要：目的研究一种以五聚赖氨酸2-羰基酞菁锌(ZnPc-5K)和聚六亚甲基胍(PHMG)为主的光敏复合消毒液的消毒相关性能,为实际消毒提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒液进行实验室杀菌性能和稳定性检测。结果以浓度为10 mg/L ZnPc-5K和200 mg/L PHMG的氨基酸光敏复合消毒液,作用2 min对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值为>5.00和>4.00;作用10 min对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。该消毒液于37℃恒温箱内存放90 d,其杀菌效果无变化。在4℃冰箱存放4年仍然保持对金黄色葡萄球菌有效杀灭效果。结论以ZnPc-5K和PHMG为主的光敏复合消毒液,对细菌繁殖体和真菌均具有良好的杀灭效果,储存性能稳定。Objective To study the disinfection-related performance of a photosensitive compound disinfectant based on pentameter lysine 2-carbonyl phthalocyanine zinc and polyhexamethylene guanidine to provide a basis for practical disinfection.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to detect the disinfection performance and stability of the disinfectant in the laboratory.Results The amino acid photosensitive compound disinfectant with a concentration of 10 mg/L ZnPc-5K and 200 mg/L PHMG was applied to Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in suspension for 2 min,and the average killing logarithmic values were above 5.00 and 4.00,respectively;the average killing logarithmic values of Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 10 min were all above 5.00.The disinfection solution was stored in a 37℃incubator for 90 d,and its germicidal effect remained unchanged.Stored in a refrigerator at 4℃for 4 years,it still achieved the effective disinfection effect on Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion The photosensitive compound disinfectant based on ZnPc-5K and PHMG has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules and fungi,and storage performance is stable.
