摘　　要：目的研究新冠肺炎疫情期间保洁工作在医院感染控制中存在的隐患及对策。方法通过强化培训和管理方式,对某医院疫情期间坚守工作岗位的保洁人员防控保洁知识技能进行逐层强化培训并进行考核。结果经逐层培训后,保洁人员七步洗手法合格率为90.00%,消毒液配制合格率为80.00%;经强化培训后,该医院在岗保洁人员七步洗手法合格率为100.00%,消毒液配制合格率为99.06%。结论在新冠肺炎期间,保洁工作在医院感染控制中存在隐患,经强化培训明显提升保洁人员工作合格率。Objective To investigate the hidden dangers and countermeasures of cleaning work in nosocomial infection control during the epidemic of COVID-19.Methods Methods Through strengthening training and management methods,the prevention and control knowledge and skills of cleaning staff who stick to their posts during an epidemic in a hospital are strengthened and evaluated layer by layer.Results After layer-by-layer training,the qualified rate of cleaning staff's seven-step hand-washing method was 90.00%,and the qualified rate of disinfectant preparation was 80.00%;after intensive training,the qualified rate of seven-step hand-washing method of cleaning staff on duty was 100.00%,and the qualified rate of disinfectant preparation was 99.06%.Conclusion During the period of COVID-19,there are hidden dangers of cleaning work in nosocomial infection control.After intensive training,the work qualified rate of cleaning staff has been significantly improved.
