摘　　要：目的了解传染病医院保洁员对新型冠状病毒肺炎感染防护相关知识的认知情况,以提升医院保洁人员在医院感染防控中的作用。方法采取线上问卷调查方式,对医院在职的75名保洁员新型冠状病毒肺炎、消毒、职业防护相关知识进行调查。结果传染病医院保洁员对手卫生、新冠病房内消毒隔离及医院感染知识的知晓率为93.33%;对擦拭地面用有效氯浓度知晓率为77.33%。保洁人员对二级防护用品的知晓率为97.33%,对穿脱防护服的注意事项中回答的正确率为89.33%。经培训后对上述知识的认知率有明显提高,但在进入新冠病房前仍需要进一步培训。结论医院保洁员应进行严格培训和规范化管理,急需要提高其对医院感染知识的知晓率。Objective To understand the awareness of cleaning staff of infectious disease hospitals about the protection knowledge of COVID-19,so as to enhance the role of cleaning staff in the prevention and control of hospital infections.Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the knowledge of COVID-19,disinfection,and occupational protection among 75 in-service cleaning staff in hospital.Results The awareness rate of cleaning staff in infectious disease hospitals on the knowledges of hand hygiene,disinfection and quarantine in COVID-19 wards,and hospital infection was 93.33%;the awareness rate of available chlorine concentration for wiping the floor was 77.33%.The awareness rate of cleaning staff for secondary protective items was 97.33%,and the correct rate of answering the precautions about putting on and taking off protective clothing was 89.33%.After training,the awareness rate of the above knowledge had improved significantly,but further training was required before entering the COVID-19 wards.Conclusion Hospital cleaning staff should undergo strict trained and standardized management,and the awareness rate of hospital infection knowledge urgently needs to be improved.
