摘 要:研发了以粗苯萃取副产物噻吩为起始原料,以双氧水为氧化剂,以含溴无机废弃物为溴源制备2-溴噻吩的绿色工艺,解析了选择性亲电取代反应机理,在反应温度为-10℃~10℃、等摩尔配比投料时,目标产物2-溴噻吩收率达到95%,原子利用率通过该绿色循环工艺达到了100%.在此基础上解决了工业化过程中由于非均相反应引起的物料混合不均匀的问题,相比较于需要添加助溶剂以及溴代试剂的方法,本工艺不仅避免了溶剂的使用,而且利用含溴无机废弃物作为溴源,不但降低了生产成本,而且实现了溴资源的循环再利用。在工业化过程中回收副产物氯化镁,不仅大大减轻了三废的排放,而且有望实现2-溴噻吩百吨级的绿色生产。A green process was developed for the preparation of 2-bromothiophene by using thiophene,a by-product of crude benzene extraction,as reactant,hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and bromine-containing inorganic waste as bromine source,and the selective electrophilic substitution reaction mechanism was analyzed.When the reaction temperature was-10℃-10℃,and the equimolar ratio was applied,the yield of the target product 2-bromothiophene reached about 95%,and the atomic utilization reached 100%through the recycling process.Moreover,the problem of uneven mixing of materials due to heterogeneous reaction in the process of industrialization was solved.Compared with other processes using cosolvent or bromination reagent,the process avoided the use of solvents and uses bromine-containing inorganic wastes as bromine sources.In the process of industrialization,the recycling of by-product magnesium chloride could greatly reduce the emission of three wastes and be promising to product 2-bromothiophene at hundreds of tons.
