摘 要:垂直接地极是连接电网与大地的关键结构,可将配电网的雷电电流安全送入大地,有效减少电网雷击跳闸事故。由于缺乏专用的垂直接地极施工机,我国目前主要采用人工锤击安装或与大型挖机配合施工的方法安装垂直接地极。该方法存在施工效率低、接地极损坏率高和安装深度难以达标等施工质量问题,因此,急需开展垂直接地极自动施工机械的研制。本文针对锤击式、静压式和振动式三种接地极施工机械的工作原理进行分析,综合对比三种类型施工机械的特点,依据层次分析法开展决策分析,最终选取振动式接地极施工机械。相关决策过程,可供类似装备的决策提供参考。The grounding pole plays an indispensable role in the power system.Studies have shown that lightning strikes on transmission lines are generally caused by excessive grounding resistance.Therefore,a good transmission line grounding pole is an important factor to reduce lightning strikes on transmission lines and maintain normal opera⁃tion of the power grid.Therefore,the laying of the grounding poles is an indispensable part of the power grid construc⁃tion process.However,at present,the laying of the grounding pole is mostly hands on labour,and there are problems such as low work efficiency and failure to meet the design standards.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the automatic machinery for the laying grounding poles.In this paper,the working principle of three kinds of construction machin⁃ery of hammering type,static pressure type and vibration type was analyzed,the characteristics of three types of con⁃struction machinery were compared comprehensively,and the decision-making analysis was carried out according to the analytic hierarchy process,and finally the vibration type construction machinery of grounding electrode was se⁃lected.The relevant decision-making process can provide reference for similar equipment decision-making.
