摘　　要：通过研究塔形复合绝缘子用缠绕管的结构设计、工艺设计以及产品试验,确定了环氧玻纤缠绕管的缠绕角度,以及制造过程中原材料的预处理工艺、模具处理方法、缠绕过程控制、固化及机械加工过程。同时,阐述了塔形复合绝缘子用缠绕管的试验项目。By studying the structure design,process design and product test of winding pipe for tower composite insu⁃lator,this paper determined the winding angle of epoxy glass fiber winding pipe,as well as the pretreatment process of raw materials in the manufacturing process,mold processing method,winding process control,curing and machin⁃ing process.At the same time,the test items of winding pipe for tower composite insulator were described.
