摘　　要：水资源是人的生命之源,是人类从事一切生命活动所必需的基础物质,但地球上的水资源是有限的。为了使地球上的水文水资源能得到可持续利用,必须尽快落实节约水资源的有效举措。基于此,本文围绕加强水文水资源勘测和合理利用这一主题进行简要探讨,主要分析水文水资源勘测现状及合理开发和利用水文水资源的有效措施。Water resource is the source of human life and the basic material for human to engage in all life activities,but the water resource on the earth is limited.In order to make the hydrological and water resources on the earth can be used sustainably,it is necessary to implement the effective measures to save water resources as soon as possible.Based on this,this paper focused on the theme of strengthening the survey and rational utilization of hydrological and water resources,mainly analyzed the current situation of the survey and the effective measures for the rational devel⁃opment and utilization of hydrological and water resources.
