摘  要:糖精在生产过程中产生的含铜废酸水是一种难降解的有机废水,直接使用生化法处理十分困难。目前,一般要先采用强碱中和并加入大倍数稀释水的方式对含铜废酸水进行预处理,然后再进行综合处理。该工艺直接导致生化系统负荷过大,出水总盐分含量升高。本文以高铜废酸水为研究对象,提出利用置换反应将铜从废水中提炼出来,探讨一条废水再利用的生态工程技术路线,并为该技术的实际运用提供实验依据。Copper-containing waste acid water produced by saccharin in the production process is a kind of refracto⁃ry organic wastewater,which is very difficult to be directly treated by biochemical method.At present,the method of neutralization with strong alkali and adding a large number of dilution water is generally used to pretreat the waste ac⁃id water containing copper before comprehensive treatment.This process directly leads to the overload of biochemical system and the increase of total salt content of effluent.Taking high copper waste acid water as the research object,this paper proposed to extract copper from wastewater by means of displacement reaction,discussed an ecological en⁃gineering technology route of wastewater reuse,and provided experimental basis for the practical application of this technology.
