摘 要:目的系统评价雌激素受体β(ESRβ)基因多态性与复发性流产(RSA)易感性的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网和万方数据库。根据纳入及排除标准筛选涉及ESRβ基因多态性与RSA关系的研究,提取数据后利用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入6篇文献。分别有6篇、5篇和2篇文献报告了ESRβ基因rs1256049、rs4986938和rs1256030位点多态性和RSA的关系。在高加索和非洲人群中,ESRβ基因各个位点多态性和RSA的发生均无相关性(均P>0.05)。在亚洲人群中,rs1256049、rs4986938位点多态性和RSA有关(均P<0.05),其中rs1256049位点为GG是RSA的保护因素,rs4986938位点为GG和GA是RSA的危险因素。结论在亚洲人群中,ESRβ基因rs1256049位点的GG携带者发生RSA的风险较低,rs4986938位点的GG和GA携带者发生RSA的风险较高。Objective To systemically review the relation between estrogen receptor β(ESRβ) gene polymorphism and susceptibility to recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA). Methods A computer retrieval was conducted in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI and Wanfang databases. The studies involving in the relation between ESRβ gene polymorphism and RSA were screened according to the inclusive and exclusive criteria, then statistical analysis was performed by RevMan5.3 software after data extraction. Results A total of six literatures were enrolled. Six, five, and two studies separately reported the relation between RSA and polymorphisms at loci rs1256049, rs4986938 and rs1256030 of ESRβ gene. No correlation was observed between RSA and polymorphism at any locus of ESRβ gene among Caucasian and African populations(all P>0.05). Polymorphisms at loci rs1256049 and rs4986938 correlated with RSA among Asian population(all P<0.05), GG genotype of locus rs1256049 was the protective factor of RSA, and GG and GA genotypes of locus rs4986938 were the risk factors for RSA. Conclusion Among Asian population, individuals carrying GG genotype of ESRβ gene locus rs1256049 are at lower risk of developing RSA, whereas individuals carrying GG or GA genotype of ESRβ gene locus rs4986938 are at higher risk of developing RSA.
