摘　　要：目的:分析医生多点执业的意愿及其影响因素,提出促进医师多点执业的建议。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,在江苏省南京市和苏州市5家综合医院调查医生392人,应用描述性统计、卡方检验和logistic回归分析医生多点执业意愿及其影响因素。结果:88.01%的医生愿意开展多点执业,医院属性是显著性影响因素(P<0.05),医生基层执业意愿相对较低,工作繁忙是不愿意开展多点执业的最主要原因。83.42%的医生倾向于作为“单位人”开展多点执业,性别和收入满意度是显著性影响因素(P<0.05)。工作负荷适当、经济收入合理增长和体现自身价值是医生最在乎的3个方面。结论:应保障第一执业医疗机构的合理利益,健全医疗责任保险制度,加大资金投入和激励政策倾斜力度,改革和完善人事聘任与管理制度,逐步实现部分医生以“社会人”身份开展多点执业。Objective:To analyze the doctors'willingness of multi-sited practice and related factors,to put forward the countermeasures to promote the multi-sited practice.Methods:392 doctors were investigated in five general hospitals in Nanjing and Suzhou of Jiangsu province.Descriptive statistics method,Chi-square test and logistic regression were applied to analyze the doctors'willingness of multi-sited license and its influencing factors.Results:88.01%of doctors were willing to carry out multi-sited practice.The attribute of hospital was significant factor influencing doctors'willingness of multi-sited practice(P<0.05).The doctors'willingness of multi-sited practice to grassroots medical institutions was lower.Being busy was the main reason why doctors didn't want to practice in other hospitals.83.42%of doctors preferred to practice as"unit person",the significant influencing factors included gender and satisfaction of income(P<0.05).What the doctors mostly cared about included appropriate work load,increase of income reasonably and achievement of self-value.Conclusion:It is necessary to ensure the rational benefits of the first registered medical institution.The The medical liability insurance system should be perfected.The government should increase funding and incentive policies,reform and improve the personnel appointment and management system,and gradually realize that some doctors carry out multi-sited practice as"social persons".
