摘　　要：目的:调查2型糖尿病患者心理社会适应水平现状并分析其影响因素,以期为临床制定针对性的干预措施提供理论依据。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,对2018年9月到2019年5月在大同市两家三级甲等医院内分泌科住院的476例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,运用描述性分析、t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析方法对数据进行分析。结果:2型糖尿病患者心理社会适应得分为(55.41±18.46)分,处于中差水平。年龄、家庭人均月收入、糖化血红蛋白值(HbA1c)、并发糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病足及家庭关怀是2型糖尿病患者的心理社会适应的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释心理社会适应43.3%的变异量。结论:加强2型糖尿病患者的病情控制,注重家庭关怀,有利于提高其心理社会适应水平,改善生活质量。Objective:To investigate the status of psychosocial adaptation level in patients with type 2 diabetes and analyze the influencing factors,to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical development of targeted interventions.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 476 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the endocrinology department of two tertiary hospitals in Datong city from September 2018 to May 2019 using the convenient sampling method.Descriptive analysis,t-test,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis were used.Results:The PAIS-SR score of patients with type 2 diabetes was(55.41±18.46),and the psychosocial adaptation was at a moderate level.age,monthly per capita income,glycosylated hemoglobin value(HbA1c),diabetic retinopathy,diabetic foot and family care were the influencing factors(P<0.05)of psychosocial adaptation in Type 2 diabetes,which could explain the 43.3%variation of psychosocial adaptation.Conclusion:Strengthening the disease control of patients with type 2 diabetes and paying attention to family care are conducive to improve their psychosocial adaption level and quality of life.
