生命意义感在医学生危机脆弱性与积极心理资本之间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:了解医学生危机脆弱性、积极心理资本和生命意义感之间的关系,为医学生心理健康研究科学依据。方法:采用危机脆弱性测验问卷、积极心理资本问卷和生命意义感量表,对赣州某高校1099名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:60.05%的医学生在危机事件的冲击下无法保持平衡;医学生危机脆弱性与积极心理资本(r=-0.382,P<0.01)和生命意义感(r=-0.288,P<0.01)呈负相关;积极心理资本既直接负向预测医学生危机脆弱性,又通过生命意义感间接影响危机脆弱性。结论:医学生生命意义感在危机脆弱性和积极心理资本之间起部分中介效应。Objective:To explore the relation among crisis frangibility,positive psychological capital and life meaning in medical students,and to provide reference for carrying out research on mental health for medical students.Methods:1099 medical students were selected and investigated with crisis frangibility questionnaire,the positive psycap questionnaire and meaning in life questionnaire in a college in Ganzhou.Results:The results showed that 60.05%of the medical students were unable to keep balance under critical incidents.There was negative correlation between crisis frangibility and positive psychological capital(r=-0.382,P<0.01)and meaning in life questionnaire(r=-0.288,P<0.01).Positive psychological capital not only negatively predicted the crisis vulnerability of medical students directly,but also indirectly influenced the crisis vulnerability through the sense of life significance.Conclusion:The life meaning plays a partial mediating role between crisis frangibility and positive psychological capital among medical students.
