摘  要:以环烷酸钼为催化剂,考察反应时间对委内瑞拉常压渣油悬浮床加氢裂化反应产物和催化剂抑制生焦能力的影响,并采用四组分分析法、SEM、XPS等手段对体系胶体稳定性、焦炭形貌、催化剂表面Mo元素的形态及相对含量进行分析。结果表明:随反应时间的延长,原料转化率和轻油、焦炭产率升高,催化剂抑制生焦能力先提高后降低,其表面加氢活性较强的Mo^4+位较难生成焦炭;体系胶体稳定性、催化剂表面Mo元素相对含量和焦炭产率的变化趋势一致,说明反应时间对重油悬浮床加氢裂化反应的影响主要表现在影响体系胶体稳定性和焦炭覆盖催化剂活性金属的程度。With using atmosphere residue from Merey(MRAR)as feed and molybdenum naphthenate as catalyst,effect of reaction time on the products and the capability of catalyst to inhibit coking reactions during heavy oil slurry-bed hydrocracking were studied.In addition,the colloidal system stability,coke morphology,types and relative content of Mo on catalyst surface were also investigated through four components analysis,SEM and XPS,etc.Experimental results show that,increasing reaction time can improve feed conversion,light oil and coke yields,however,the capability of catalyst to inhibit coking increases in the beginning but then declines.It was found that coke is difficult to form on Mo^4+position where hydrogenation activity is very strong on the catalyst surface.The change direction of system colloidal stability,relative Mo content on catalyst surface and coke yield are consistent.This indicates that the effect of reaction time on heavy oil slurry-bed hydrocracking mainly lies in the degree of influence on the system colloidal stability and the coke covering the catalyst active metals.
