摘 要:利用水热法制备纳米氧化锌(ZnO),并采用硅烷偶联剂 γ -氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)对其进行改性,进而采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了改性ZnO/热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)复合材料。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、接触角测量仪、旋转流变仪和稀释涂布平板法等研究了改性纳米ZnO/TPU复合材料的微观结构、流变性能和抗菌性能。结果表明,纳米ZnO可以相对均匀地分散在TPU中,KH550的加入改善了纳米ZnO在TPU中的分散性,并减小了纳米ZnO的平均直径;纳米ZnO/TPU和KH550改性ZnO/TPU对大肠杆菌的抗菌率可达到93.16%和95.26%,且经改性后,TPU的接触角由原来的60.60°,分别增加到73.62°和 79.82°,表现出良好的抗菌性能抗黏附性能,且经KH550改性后抗菌性能更好。纳米ZnO及其KH550改性材料的加入降低了TPU复合材料的黏度,且后者更优,有利于改善材料的成型加工性能。Nano-zinc oxide(ZnO)was prepared by hydrothermal method and modified by silane coupling agent γ -aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550),and then the modified ZnO/thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)composites were synthesized by sol-gel method.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),contact angle measuring instrument,rotational rheometer,and diluted coating plate method were used to study the microstructure,rheological properties and antibacterial properties of modified nano-ZnO/TPU composite performance.The results show that nano-ZnO can be dispersed in TPU relatively uniformly.The addition of KH550 improves the dispersion of nano-ZnO in TPU and reduces the average diameter of nano-ZnO.The antibacterial rate of E.coli can reach 93.16%and 95.26%.After modification,the contact angle of TPU increases from 60.60 ° to 73.62 ° and 79.82 °,respectively.It shows good antibacterial properties and anti-adhesion properties,and after KH550 modification,the antibacterial performance is better.The addition of nano-ZnO and its KH550 modified material reduces the viscosity of TPU composites,and the latter is better,which is conducive to improving the molding processability of the material.
