摘　　要：某显示器面板外观质量要求高、结构复杂,四侧内壁及内表有多处倒钩、加强筋、凸台等。采用Moldflow软件进行充填对比分析,选择了一点四出热流道结合冷流道、10点潜伏式浇口成型的浇注系统设计方案;采用Unigraphics NX软件进行了复杂的成型零件的结构设计及二次推出机构的设计;再结合模具三维(3D)装配模型,实现了冷却系统设计及优化,最终输出了面板注塑模具二维(2D)装配图。A display panel required high appearance quality and complicated structure.There were many barbs,stiffeners,and bosses on the inner wall and inner surface of the four sides.Moldflow software was used for the comparative analysis of filling,and an one point with four flow hot runner combined with cold runner and 10 point latent gate molding was selected for the gating system design.Unigraphics NX software was used to carry out the structural design of the complex part and the mold ejection system design.Combined with the mold three dimensional(3D)assembly model,the cooling system design and optimization were realized,and finally the two dimensional(2D)assembly drawing of the panel injection mold was output.
