摘 要:为研究固体绝缘开关柜环氧树脂电老化绝缘特性,设计了一种不等直径电极结构的等效固封绝缘件,对其进行加速电老化试验,重点研究环氧树脂的初始绝缘参数对绝缘劣化的影响与不同老化时间下各绝缘参数的变化趋势。结果表明,初始介电损耗角正切、局部放电量和老化寿命之间均满足正态分布关系;在电老化过程中,样品的局部放电量存在明显的“分区”,可分为三个阶段,分别为平稳期、爆发期、绝缘劣化期;介电损耗角正切与老化时间基本满足线性函数关系,为固体绝缘开关柜绝缘状态监测提供参考。In order to study the electrical aging insulation properties of epoxy resin in solid insulation switch,an equivalent solid sealing insulator with unequal diameter electrode structure was designed and accelerated electric aging test was carried out.The relationship between insulation parameters and aging time and the influence of initial insulation parameters on the insulation level of the electrode samples were studied.The test results show that the initial partial discharge,dielectric loss tangent and aging life both satisfy the normal distribution relationship.In the process of electric aging,the partial discharge of the sample has obvious“partition”,which can be divided into three stages,such as,stable period,rapid growth period and severe deterioration period.The dielectric loss tangent and aging time basically satisfy the linear function relationship,which provides a reference for the insulation status monitoring of solid insulated switchgear.
