摘  要:先制备出含磷丙烯酸酯乳液,再将其用于滤纸原纸的浸渍后,获得的空气滤纸阻燃性得到提高。对含磷丙烯酸树脂乳液表征,证明含磷单体成功引入了聚合物体系中,热稳定性变好。制备的聚合物乳液中含羟乙基甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯质量分数为12%以内时,单体的转换率和聚合物的稳定性较好。通过氧指数测定证明,浸渍后空气滤纸 LOI 从20.0%提高到26.3%,阻燃性能得到明显改善并且空气滤纸的物理性能满足标准。Phosphorus-containing acrylic monomers were used in the emulsion polymerization process to produce a phosphorus-containing acrylic resin emulsion,which would be used for impregnation of filter paper to obtain the ideal flame-retardant air filter paper.The phosphorus-containing acrylic resin emulsion were used to characterize the products and proved that the phosphorus-containing monomer was successfully introduced into the polymer system and the thermal stability became better.When the prepared polymer emulsion contained less than 12%of hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate,the conversion rate of the monomer and the stability of the polymer were good.The limit oxygen index( LOI )value of the air filter paper after impregnation could increase from 20.0%to 26.3%,and the flame retardant performance was improved.
