摘 要:基于Mn-ZnS量子点(QDs)的荧光特性,以SiO2纳米颗粒作为支撑材料,以三价铁[Fe (Ⅲ)]为模板离子,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过沉淀聚合成功制备了新型荧光印迹聚合物(SiO2@QDs@Fe-IIP)。该聚合物显示出优异的荧光特性和选择性,在优化条件下,随着Fe(Ⅲ)浓度的增加,荧光印迹材料的荧光强度呈线性增加,检测的线性范围为2.0~50μmol/L,相关系数R2为0.999 2,且方法的检测限为2.229 nmol/L。同时将其成功应用于自来水样品的检测,三种加标水平下Fe (Ⅲ)的回收率均超过96.51%,相对标准偏差(RSD)低于4.58%。首次将量子点和离子印迹技术相结合用于Fe (Ⅲ)的痕量测定,为后期制备具有高选择性识别能力的聚合物提供了一种新思路。Based on fluorescence characteristics of Mn doped ZnS quantum dots( QDs), the novel fluorescence ion imprinted polymers( SiO2@ QDs@ Fe-IIP) were successfully synthesized on the surface of SiO2 nanoparticles by precipitation polymerization,with Ferric iron [Fe( Ⅲ) ] as template ion,acrylamide( AM) as the functional monomer and ethyl glycol dimethacrylate( EGDMA) as the cross-linker. The prepared SiO2@ QDs @ Fe-IIP shows excellent optical properties and selectivity. Under the optimized experiment conditions,the fluorescence intensity increases linearly with the increasing concentration of Fe( Ⅲ) in the linear range of 2.0 ~ 50.0 μmol/L,with acorrelation coefficient of 0.999 2 and the detection limit of 2.229 nmol/L. Furthermore,the SiO2@ QDs@ Fe-IIP are successfully applied to the analysis of tap water sample,and the average recovery rate of Fe( Ⅲ) at three spiking levels is more than 96.51%,with relative standard deviation( RSD) below 4.58%. This study is the first to combine quantum dots and ion-imprinting techniques for the trace determination of Fe( Ⅲ),which provides a promising strategy to fabricate polymer with highly selective recognition ability.
