摘 要:目的调查GABRG2基因5个SNPs在中国北方汉族群体的多态性分布,评价其法医学应用价值。方法采用PCR扩增结合Sanger测序技术对213例中国北方汉族健康无关个体样品进行检测,应用Haploview4.2进行数据的统计分析。结果检测到rs418210、rs424740、rs34705786、rs401750和rs647625等5个SNPs,其基因型频率分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,个人识别几率分别为0.632、0.613、0.631、0.634和0.623,非父排除率分别为0.187、0.179、0.178、0.187和0.187。结论GABRG2基因5个SNPs在中国北方汉族人群中具有较好的遗传多态性,可用于法医学个人识别与亲权鉴定。Objective To detect the polymorphism of the 3'region of GABRG2 gene of northern Chinese Han population and to explore its application value in forensic medicine.Methods PCR and Sanger sequencing were used to detect the polymorphisms of GABRG2 gene of 213 healthy unrelated individuals in Northern Chinese Han population.The statistical analysis was performed with Haploview v4.2 software.Results The genotypic distribution of rs418210,rs424740,rs34705786,rs401750 and rs647625 were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The discrimination power were 0.632,0.613,0.631,0.634 and 0.623,respectively.The probability of paternity were 0.187,0.179,0.178,0.187 and 0.187,respectively.Conclusion There are good genetic polymorphism of rs418210,rs424740,rs34705786,rs401750 and rs647625 in Han population of northern China,and it can be used for forensic personal identification and paternity identification.
