摘　　要：深圳经济特区经过四十年发展,已经成为区域性金融中心。深圳能够在短时间内成为金融中心,得利于特殊的时间、特殊的地带、特殊的机会。深圳的金融发展就是一个奇迹,在一穷二白的基础上实现弯道超车,一下超越全国很多的大城市,成为名副其实的区域性金融中心。正是因为金融的快速发展,使得深圳在很短的时间内成为我国的一线城市。Shenzhen Special Economic Zone has grown over the past four decades into a regional financial centre.Shenzhen can become a financial center in a short period of time, thanks to special time, special zone,special opportunities. Shenzhen’s financial development is a miracle, in the poor and white on the basis of the realization of curve overtaking, a lot of big cities over the country, become a veritable regional financial center. It is because of the rapid development of finance that Shenzhen has become a first-tier city in a very short time.
