摘　　要：中国医德规范的发展历程,可分为中国古代、中国近现代、新中国成立之后三个阶段。十一届三中全会以后,医德规范不断朝着专业化和职业化的方向发展。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国医德规范也应与时俱进。基于新时代的要求与医学伦理学的研究成果,新时代的医德规范可总结为六点:救死扶伤,以人为本;关爱病患,一视同仁;廉正为医,不谋私利;严守医密,保护隐私;钻研医术,精益求精;互尊互学,团结协作。同时,医德规范的运行,离不开其他机制的支撑。就医疗系统内部而言,需要合理明确的目标机制、义利结合的动力机制、客观公正的监督机制;在医疗系统外部,则需周密完善的法律保障机制和切合实际的医药卫生体制保障。The development of Chinese medical moral standard can be divided into three stages:ancient China,modern China,after the founding of People’s Republic of China.After the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee,Chinese medical moral standard has continued to develop in the direction of specialization and professionalism.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,Chinese medical moral standard should also keep pace with the times.Based on the requirements of the new era and the research results of medical ethics,the medical moral standard in the new era can be summarized as six points,including:saving the wounded and dying,taking people as the foundation;caring for patients,treating them equally;being honesty for medical treatment,not seeking personal gain;strictly observing medical secrets and protecting privacy;practicing medical skills to excellence;mutual respect and mutual learning,unity and cooperation.At the same time,the normal operation of medical ethics is inseparable from the support of other mechanisms.As far as the internal medical system is concerned,a reasonable and clear target mechanism,a dynamic mechanism of combining justice and benefit,and an objective and fair supervision mechanism are needed;while the outside medical system,a thorough and complete legal guarantee mechanism and a realistic medical and health system guarantee are needed.
