摘 要:上海国家会展中心大跨钢结构屋盖平面尺度达341m×270m,温度作用不可忽视。在总结国内大跨钢结构屋盖温度效应的研究成果和工程实例基础上,提出温度作用应考虑年温度作用、日照温度作用以及不同位置构件的温度差异。基于上海的气象资料,提出了本工程温度作用取值,并利用SAP2000软件分别对屋盖横向单榀桁架、纵向桁架的温度效应进行多算例比较。结合桁架的特点,对桁架中的温度应力水平、分布特点以及支座刚度、差异温升的影响进行探讨。总结出三种可减少温度应力的方法:设置刚度适宜的支座、优化桁架的形状和坡度、对较长的结构进行分段,并介绍了本项目所采取的具体措施。The plane scale of the large-span steel structure roof of National Exhibition and Convention Center(NECC)in Shanghai is 341 m×270 m,and the effect of temperature cannot be ignored.On the basis of summarizing the research results and engineering examples of the temperature effect of large-span steel structure roof in China,it was proposed that the annual temperature effect,sunshine temperature effect and the temperature difference of components in different positions should be considered in the temperature effect.Based on the meteorological data of Shanghai,the value of temperature action in this project was put forward,and the temperature effects of transverse single truss and longitudinal truss were compared using SAP2000 software.Combined with the characteristics of truss,the temperature stress level,distribution characteristics and the influence of support stiffness and differential temperature rise were discussed.Three methods to reduce the temperature stress were summarized,such as setting the support with appropriate rigidity,optimizing the shape and slope of truss,segmenting the longer structure,and the concrete measures taken in this project were introduced.
