摘 要:可更换钢连梁由跨中的消能梁段和两端的非消能梁段组成,梁段之间采用可拆卸的连接方式。相比传统钢筋混凝土(RC)连梁,可更换钢连梁塑性变形能力大、耗能能力强,且震后可快速修复,能提升高层建筑的抗震韧性。在总结已有研究的基础上,系统介绍了可更换钢连梁的抗震设计方法和构造措施,可为工程设计提供参考。具体包括:消能梁段和非消能梁段部件设计,消能梁段-非消能梁段连接设计,可更换钢连梁上部的RC楼板设计,可更换钢连梁-RC墙肢节点设计,可更换钢连梁的非线性分析模型和性能状态判别准则。最后,介绍了一栋高烈度区高层建筑应用可更换钢连梁的实例。The replaceable steel coupling beam(RSCB)comprises a central fuse shear link connected to steel beam segments at its two ends using specialized removable connections.The RSCBs provide larger inelastic deformation and energy dissipation than conventional reinforced concrete(RC)coupling beams.The superior replaceability of RSCBs can enhance seismic resiliency of high-rise buildings.By summarizing past studies,an overview was presented of seismic design considerations and detailing requirements for RSCBs,which was intended as references for practicing engineers.The following five key issues were included:shear link and beam segment design,coupling beam-to-wall joint design,design of RC slabs above RSCBs,RSCB-to-RC wall joint design,and nonlinear analysis modelling and performance assessment criteria for RSCBs.In the end,a real-world application of RSCBs was presented in a high-rise building in high seismic fortification intensity region.
